Carys always knew she wanted to go into project management – long before she even started her Business Management degree at Cardiff Uni. A placement in project management sealed the deal, and now she’s part of Interaction’s Graduate Academy, learning how to turn plans into real-life projects.

She’s hands-on and loves being on site, getting to grips with the process behind it all. We do prefer it when she’s in the office though because she’s usually accompanied by her very cute dog, Arnie.
