Life at Interaction

Culture really is a big part of life at Interaction.

Yes, that means the fun stuff; office drinks every Friday, monthly exercise classes, our (legendary) summer and Christmas parties. Most years we have an offsite AGM, where we get away for a couple of nights, update everyone on the year gone by and the year ahead, and then... party. We make time to get together, celebrate hard work and enjoy being part of the team.

But the real value of that culture goes deeper than socials. It creates a business where people know each other well, communicate openly and pull together when it matters. It helps people settle in quickly and do better work because they’re surrounded by people they trust.
