Setting projects up for success.

Riordan joined Interaction after seven years in the marquee industry, quickly proving himself as a skilled Project Manager. In that role he successfully delivered a wide range of projects, building strong relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues alike. Now working as a Pre-Construction Manager, Riordan has shifted his focus from delivery to the crucial pre-construction phase – working alongside the sales team to bring projects into the business and making sure they’re set up for success from day one. His role covers project and design management, contracts, statutory regulations, technical design, logistics and programming, giving clients confidence that even the most complex schemes are in safe hands.

Outside work, Riordan is a live music enthusiast. If he could play lead guitar he’d be in a great band, but he can’t so he isn’t.
