As Design Director, Pam is at the forefront of Interaction’s creative direction – bringing fresh thinking, strategic insight and a deep understanding of the industry to the role. A former Mix 30 Under 30, she’s led some of our most exciting designs across the UK, including our ongoing partnership with flex operator FOUNDRY.

Her career began in Canada, where she worked on large-scale projects like The Mall of America before moving to Europe to specialise in agile, high-end workspaces for FinTech and Financial Services clients. With projects for Google’s Incubator Hub, Warner Bros and Pernod Ricard under her belt, Pam’s outstanding creativity and client-focused approach are central to positioning Interaction as a true leader in design. Outside of work, travel is a regular source of inspiration, allowing her to be inspired by designs from diverse countries and cultures.
