Finding history in every space.

Alicia first came across Interaction while studying Interior Design at university and quickly became fascinated with workplace design. After a couple of years in Birmingham working as a 3D visualiser, she was ready to head back down south – and knew there was only one place she wanted to work: Interaction. Now part of our design team, Alicia especially loves the early stages of a project – researching, developing concepts, and weaving in references from the building and its history. If there’s a story to be told, Alicia will find it and bring it to life through design.

Despite growing up in Birmingham, Alicia now calls herself a classic Bristol girl. Most weekends you’ll find her rummaging through charity shops, trying out bakeries, or squeezing into one of the city’s many venues for a night of live music.
