Martha brings a wealth of experience to her role as Creative Lead, having spent 9 years working in London and Sydney. She now manages a team of designers to deliver projects across the country. Martha is passionate about how workspace design can tangibly improve people’s quality of life, and loves being able to deep-dive into a company’s culture and values to help make their dream workspace a reality. Her favourite part of every project is being able to walk through the finished space and experience it just as our clients will.

Not just a design aficionado, Martha still holds her school record for the furthest rounders ball throw (and yes, she regularly checks to see if it still stands). With a love for long walks in the countryside and pub lunches, you can see why Martha wanted to move from London to Bath – and aren’t we lucky she did.
