Ed was a self-employed carpenter until joining Interaction in 2019. Being a Level One Retained Office for the Fire Brigade, explains a) his huge focus on health and safety and b) his ability to stay calm under any amount of pressure. That’s a useful quality as Ed is responsible for overseeing the complete onsite experience including Health and Safety, Quality Control, Contractor liaison, site security and site visits for clients. Ed ensures work is done safely, on time and within budget, and to incredible quality standards; ultimately the responsibility for project milestones being met ends with Ed.
