Design & Build: Small Works Project Manager (Temporary Contract)

As a Client Care Project Manager, you'll have experience leading contract administration & project management activities for smaller works projects, typically completed whilst in occupation (such as building additional meeting rooms or increasing workspace desk capacity). You'll deliver multiple projects simultaneously, always aspiring to client delight, with on time and snag free delivery. You should be capable of successfully managing projects varying in size, value and complexity, with understanding of MEP systems, project financials and on site H&S regulations.
You'll work alongside our Client Care team to support project strategy, planning, commercial proposition, and programme activities, plus managing both the internal and external stakeholder, and subcontractor communication management. You'll have an excellent grasp of construction project finance management, with a proven ability to deliver smaller and less complex projects with little support.
This position is a temporary, fixed-term contract to support our Client Care team during team member absence, however it will be reviewed and subject to successful performance may develop into a permanent position in either the Client Care team, or our Contracts & Deliver Team. The initial term within the Client Care team is for 9 months, full time. Strong applicants may be offered a permanent contract.
Note: This is not an entry level/ training role. Please refer to our Project Management training pathway if you have no previous delivery experience within the construction industry.

Understanding of, or qualifications in construction related H&S
Based in Bath, our creative crew work on a range of commercial design and build projects, from bespoke office fit-outs to multi-million pound building refurbishments.

Salary: £40k - £50k OTE subject to relevant experience.
