Business Development Executive

On a mission to banish boring offices, we’re always on the hunt for motivated people to join our brilliant team.
Based in Bath, our creative crew work on a range of commercial design and build projects, from bespoke office fit-outs to multi-million pound building refurbishments.
As a Business
Development Executive you'll be supporting the Business Development & Relationships Team to help research prospective new clients and projects, developing intellectual information to find and best position opportunities for the business. Training and mentoring will be provided, and therefore this position is a great entry point and/or opportunity to nurture existing skills in sales, relationship management, & business development.
Responsibilities will include research, tracking patterns, identifying stakeholders, creating tailored proposals, preparing our team to best present themselves at opportunities you find, creating and refining workflows, using our AI sales coaching systems (& working generally with AI), responding to PQQs, and presenting and promoting yourself at the front end of the business.
This is a sales career pathway, with progression opportunities through our Account Management structure including Account Assistant, Business Development Manager and Account Manager. The long term ultimate development for this role is towards becoming an Account or Project Director.

Beneficial Experience:
- Previous use of CRM platforms (particularly Dynamics)
- Previous experience in B2B, Sales and/or Recruitment is advantageous
- Comfortable using AI (and technology generally)
Please note: this is a Business Development specific role. This role has no crossover with, or opportunity within, our Marketing Team.
Qualifications Required:
3x A Levels A-C (or equivalent)
Salary: £28k-£30k (subject to experience)
