As Interaction's Sustainability Manager, you'll be responsible for leading Interaction's Sustainability and ESG strategy, delivering sustainability requirements on client projects, and implementing operational initiatives such as our net zero roadmap. You'll represent Interaction's sustainability proposition, working with clients, our supply chain, internal team and wider network. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to analyse Interaction's needs and develop the roadmap for continuous improvement.

Required experience:

• Experienced professional working within the fit-out, construction, or built environment sectors
• Experience of delivering sustainable building certifications such as SKA, WELL, and BREEAM
• Client facing experience during sales and project delivery
• Collaborating with the supply chain to drive improvement
• Implementing operational practices such as carbon accounting
• Identifying skill gaps and leading training initiatives
